Hospitality has been part of everyday life in our family for generations. The love, gratitude and connection to our homeland Ramsau has been lived with passion and joy in every era. The view of the Dachstein mountains is a pause in the moment. I want to stay here, I want to be here. Times change, but hospitality remains. You can't learn it, it is lived, then as now!
Lieselotte was the only child of Maria and Willi Schrempf. Grew up well protected on her parents' farm. She attended agricultural school and helped her parents. In 1977, during the tourist boom in Ramsau, the apartment house was built as an additional source of income.
"I lift up my eyes to the mountains."
At that time, the first guests visited us and our ancestors were happy to show them our unique mountain world,
they hiked and celebrated together.
“Every state, indeed every moment, is of infinite value.”
Characterized by hard work, but a warmth and joie de vivre that remains unforgettable.
Freedom lives in the mountains, happiness lives in the mountains!
Today, as in the past, every summit victory is a joy, and hiking in good company is even more enjoyable.
Hut manager, mountain guide and ski instructor. Grandfather on Lieselotte's mother's side. Very close to nature and fond of children, but very superstitious according to tradition.
Mountain guide and ski instructor in his younger years. After the war, he took over his parents' farm. A heart and soul farmer with handshake quality.
At a young age, she farmed the Gjaidalm with her father Rupert. After marrying, she became a farmer. Hospitable, hard-working, musically gifted and very family-oriented.
The youngest in the house is a winter child and loves the snow, just like her ancestors.
Niece Melanie is a chamois in the mountains like her great-grandfather Rupert.
Above the clouds, the freedom must be boundless, thinks son Daniel.
